During my medical studies I realized that I was excited about the subject of skin diseases and that I would like to become a specialist in dermatology.
Despite my enthusiasm for the subject of skin diseases, I initially trained as a specialist in neurology after my medical degree. My enthusiasm for the subject of skin diseases remained unbroken, which is why I applied for for dermatological residency in Germany.
My training facilities included a large laser clinic at Lake Constance, a dermatological ordination in Munich and the largest skin clinic in Germany in Hersbrück near Nuremberg. My passion for the subject combined with my previous experience in the other clinic and out-patient practice enabled me to take on the position of attending dermatologist even before completing my dermatological specialist training.
After my specialist examination in 2014, I worked in various dermatological practices. In 2021 I returned to Austria with my own small family, where my family is at home. With my return to Austria, I am looking forward to working with experienced colleagues in the high-quality medical center at Vienna Central Station and to welcoming you as a patient.
In all of my professional years as a doctor, I have understood for myself that every disease process is just as individual as every person. That is why it is very important to me to understand and treat a patient with his / her skin problems, and not just a disease. A second important part of my job as a dermatologist is continuous training and the use of the latest diagnostic and therapeutic methods in daily practice.
I have also completed additional training in allergology and am available to answer any questions you may have in the area of allergies and intolerance reactions. For HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) I offer specific consultation hours.
I speak German, English, Ukrainian and Russian.
I am a member of the
"Working Group on Aesthetic Dermatology and Cosmetology" (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Ästhetische Dermatologie und Kosmetologie) as well as
International Dermoscopy Society.
