The ATBM® master procedure for Automatic Total Body Mapping helps in the earliest possible diagnosis of melanoma. The procedure represents a revolution in the early detection of skin cancer – because not only are individual moles recorded, but the patient’s entire skin surface is recorded and stored fully automatically and in outstanding quality. Every detail is captured in a full-body cartography and video dermatoscopy.
The captured footage is then matched with artificial intelligence for improved diagnostic accuracy. This allows your skin to be observed over time and any changes can be detected immediately.

The erbium laser (MCL31 Dermabalate) is used to treat wrinkles, acne scars, crow’s feet, cholesterol deposits (xanthelasma) and other unwanted skin changes. The laser ensures the most precise detail work in skin removal and rejuvenation and is an elegant alternative to traditional dermabrasion, which mechanically abrades tissue, or electrocautery, which burns tissue.

The Erbium Fractional laser can be used to treat minor wrinkles and scars as well as sallow skin and hyperpigmented skin. The laser creates small holes in the skin in a grid pattern. The small injuries created this way start a healing process that reduces wrinkles and scars, tightens skin and settles hyperpigmentation. One session is usually enough. For scar treatment or deeper skin disorders, several treatments are usually necessary.

The DUOGlide combines two laser systems into one device. On the one hand, the device contains the classic CO2 laser. The laser plays an important role, especially in surgery for the removal of skin lesions. The heat release immediately causes bleeding to stop. Another area of ​​application is fractional treatment - especially in scar treatments and skin renewal, the small holes that are made in the skin, together with the heat development, lead to collagen formation, tightening and improvement of the skin's appearance. This is exactly where the second wavelength comes in, the wavelength (Er:glass) 1,540 nm, unlike CO2, is not ablative (removing) and leads to deep warming, collagen stimulation and achieves a very high level of effectiveness. At 1,540 nm there is NO skin opening, crusting and downtime. The wavelengths can be used separately - for best results, both wavelengths are often used, depending on the dermatological need. 

Thanks to its yellow wavelength of 577nm, the QuadroStarPRO YELLOW is the gold standard for vascular treatments such as rosacea, couperosis, telangiectasia, spider nevi, cherry angiomas, port-wine stains and small red spider veins, among others. The QuadroStarPRO YELLOW allows a fast, effective and safe treatment with reduced side effects. Compared to conventional KTP (532nm), there is a more targeted effect on the vessels and thus fewer side effects. Darker skin types can also be treated well with this laser.

The Thunder Laser is a state-of-the-art device with two laser wavelengths, 755nm and 1064nm, which can be used individually or combined. This combination is currently the gold standard in dermatology and aesthetic medicine and is used for hair removal, dermatological vascular lesions and skin rejuvenation treatments. Good results are also achieved with this laser for nail fungus.

The PicoStar is the most modern laser on the market with a pulse duration of less than 300 picoseconds. The laser works with a wavelength of 1,064 nm, 694 nm and 532 nm. Thanks to the ultra-short pulses, tattoos and permanent make-up as well as pigment and age spots can be fragmented into the smallest particles. These particles can then be eliminated through the lymphatic system.

The different wavelengths allow the treatment to be tailored precisely to the needs of the patient. A wide range of pigment colors from dark colors to red can be treated in this way. The ultra-short laser pulses allow the particles to be shredded without thermal effects or external injuries. This ensures the best possible patient comfort.

lAight® uses a combination of radiofrequency and light in different wavelengths. This non-invasive, gentle therapy was developed specifically for the treatment of acne inversa, but it can also be used for acne vulgaris and acute abscesses. There are hardly any side effects after treatment and if there are, they are limited to short-term skin irritations.

This device from vasoport® supports the diagnosis of the leg veins. The device is equipped with the latest electronic technology. Regardless of the skin type, the changes in blood in the legs are measured using optimized sensors. The device enables two vein function diagnostic methods: light reflection rheography (LRR) and vein occlusive plethysmography (VVP).

LRR allows you to measure how quickly the legs are emptied and refilled when the legs are mobilized. This way it can be determined whether the venous valves are preventing the rapid reflux back into the leg as desired. VVP is used to examine venous outflow. Here, the blood flow is regulated with the help of a blood pressure cuff, and the inflow and outflow of blood is measured when the circumference of the leg changes.

HydraFacialTM is a Hollywood device and treatment procedure used for wrinkles, clogged and enlarged pores, oily skin, acne and hyperpigmentation. Using gentle, non-invasive Vortex technology, it first creates a pore-cleaned complexion, followed by skin resurfacing to restore radiance to your skin.
