I am Dr. Johannes Bisschoff, a specialist in skin and venereal diseases and have been running the “Medizin am Hauptbahnhof” medical centre since 2021.

I was born and raised in South Africa, so I speak Afrikaans as well as English and German. After finishing school in Pretoria, I started my medical studies in Freiburg in Germany. I completed my specialist training in renowned practices and clinics in Heidelberg, Stuttgart, Berlin and Hamburg.

Some of my numerous additional training took me to China, Malaysia and the USA, until I finally settled here in Vienna and can now call myself a proud Viennese by choice.

I constantly attend further and advanced training courses so that I can always provide you with the most innovative approaches and the latest technologies and be a competent partner for your concerns.

In addition to the field of dermatology, I have the additional qualification in allergology. This makes me your specialist for allergic diseases, food allergies and intolerances. Thanks to my further additional qualification in phlebology, I am also available for the prevention, detection, treatment and rehabilitation of diseases and malformations of the venous system on the legs.

Here at “Medizin am Hauptbahnhof”, my team and I offer a holistic concept to keep your skin naturally beautiful and, above all, healthy. I am also available to you as an allergist and phlebologist. For HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) I offer specific consultation hours.
